Its clinical stage products include INCB123667 (CDK2) for ovarian cancer; INCB161734 (KRASG12D) for cancers; INCA33890 (TGFßR2xPD-1) for solid tumors; Ruxolitinib cream for mild to moderate hidradenitis suppurativa (HS); Povorcitinib for HS, nonsegmental vitiligo, prurigo nodularis, and asthma and chronic spontaneous urticaria; INCB000262 (MRGPRX2) and INCB000547 (MRGPRX4) for systemic immune and neuro-immune disorders; INCA034460 (anti-CD122) for vitiligo; and Zilurgisertib (ALK2) for fibrodysplasia ossificans progressive. It has collaboration with Genesis Therapeutics, Inc. The company sells its products to specialty and retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and specialty distributors and wholesalers. The company was formerly known as Incyte Genomics Inc and changed its name to Incyte Corporation in March 2003. Incyte Corporation was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
